Highly interactive election mid-term coverage polling microsite

The Project

Fast paced interactive election year project for Yahoo! News. The goal was to provide an interactive forum for Yahoo! users to learn about current issues as well as sound off and engage in a conversation around those issues. User could take opinion polls, leave comments to support/argue their stance, and have the ability to share these across various social networks. The experience was kept up-to-date through regular updates by the Yahoo! editorial staff and through feeds driven by Yahoo! News and News Search.

My Contribution

• Built upon an externally created concept which had very little detail and many open issues.
• Leveraging existing Yahoo! services to power the experience.
• Worked closely with business, marketing and creative.
• Interaction specs and wireframes.
